Do I have to take a breath test?

Under Maine Law you are required to take a test to determine your BAC if there is probable cause to believe you operated a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.  Maine’s implied consent law is found at Title 29-A, section 2521.  It does not necessarily have to be a breath test.  The test can be a breath, blood, or urine test.  Maine law provides that a breath test is to be administered unless the police officer determines a breath test is unreasonable.
