Thanksgiving week was a success

Had a very busy week in court this week. I was able to get an Operating After Suspension (OAS) dismissed for one client saving him jail time and a license suspension, a Disorderly Conduct dismissed saving that client a fine during this holiday season and a felony theft dismissed for another client keeping her out of jail. Another client was facing a felony drug possession and violating a conditional license that I was able to get dismissed in exchange for a plea to a misdemeanor drug possession for a fine only. This result keep my client from having a felony conviction, out of jail and off probation, and the loss of his right to operate a motor vehicle. Additionally, I was unable to get a satisfactory result in one case and therefore we are scheduled to go to trial. When the Law Office of Robert C. LeBrasseur, PC cannot get the resolution you seek we will try your case.
